Planning

Through diligent planning and focus on safety and quality our approach ensures project delivery.

Safety

MK Africa maintains an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) that is focused on the health and safety of its own employees and other persons who might be exposed to our activities, as well as promoting a health and safety culture. This Policy includes the project team ability to render quality services as a construction company to our clients by conforming to all requirements of applicable Health and Safety Legislation with special emphasis on the Construction Regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and Best Practice Requirements within the Building Industry.

Quality Assurance

MK Africa is a Quality organisation that delivers according to quality requirements and the effectiveness with our QM System.

The implementation of the QM System is designed to encourage and assist:

  • the management of projects and contracts to consistently achieve the required outcomes;
  • continual improvement in the delivery of project and contract outcomes; and
  • a better customer service approach.

Financial

MK Africa carries the responsibility of overseeing the admin process and being the managing agent on site for the projects which will include keeping detailed accounts and overseeing supply chain for on-time delivery of materials when needed for projects. The management team is responsible for reporting on the progress of current and new contracts, as well as preparing financial statements in respect of these projects and having these reports on hand for partners. Our working capital consists of owners’ equity, bank credit and supplier credit with strategic partners that enables the company to carry out the projects we take on. Our contractual commitments with clients ensure continuity on the working site.
